The delivery time for each individual order is specific to each product.
The collection of goods takes place in person at our warehouse at Litostrojska cesta 40 in Ljubljana. For orders valued over EUR 1,000.00, we offer free delivery to one address in Slovenia. For orders of lower value, the price does not include delivery costs, and we will charge you according to the valid price list of Pošta Slovenije.
The seller assumes no liability for non-delivery or delay in delivery of ordered goods due to force majeure. In the event of a delay in delivery of ordered goods outside Slovenia or products with personalization, a refund is not possible.
Complaints
There is no warranty on promotional products.
Complaints are accepted within 8 (eight) days of receiving the shipment.
Complaints regarding the quantity of delivered products are no longer accepted once the goods have been delivered. Please check the quantities at the time of collecting the order.
Exchange or return of products for the reason “we do not like it” is not possible.
