PRICING

  • VAT is charged on all listed prices.
  • In the event of a price change during the execution of the order, the client will be notified in a timely manner.
  • The prices do not include the placement of the logo/design.
  • General validity of the offer: 14 days.

 

TERMS OF SALE

  • Complaints are accepted only in writing within 8 (eight) days upon receipt of the goods. Goods will not be accepted back without prior consent and a complaint report. In the event of a partial complaint, all non-complained invoice items shall become due for payment. The company In, d.o.o. can only assume responsibility for refinements ordered and carried out at the company In, d.o.o. For refinements that were not carried out at the company In, d.o.o., complaints are not possible.
  • We charge statutory late interest for overdue payments. Ordered and delivered goods remain the property of In, d.o.o. until paid in full.
  • The parties shall resolve all disputes arising from this contract amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.
